• Cost incurred due to mishaps, strikes, political unrest etc.

Terms & Conditions

• All efforts will be made to complete the tour within the stipulated time as per the itinerary, however, We may reschedule the sightseeing days subject to weather conditions & to ensure smooth execution of tours. We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of boats due to bad weather or for any administrative reasons beyond the control of our management.
• Booking will be confirmed only after receiving the advance payment and on an availability of hotels mentioned.
• In case of non-availability of rooms in the mentioned hotels, this will be communicated to you and will give you different options and the rate of package will increase or decrease depends on the hotels and the room category selected by you. There will not be any change in the hotels mentioned without your concern.
• The travelers must carry Valid Indian Passport/ Indian Voter ID Card/ Driving License/Aadhar card.
• We will take all the safety measures for any adventure sports/activities that we organize with your consent. However, if some accidents, deaths or mishap occurs, the company must not held responsible. It will be entirely your risk and decision to involve in such adventurous activities/sports.
• The vehicle provided is as per itinerary (point to point basis) and any extra usage will be chargeable. The same is not available at the discretion of the guest
• Light and Sound show is subject to weather conditions.
• Closure of venture/tourist spot by the Government on the specific day is beyond our control and we will not be responsible for it. However, the same point will be covered another day or will be compensated with a different spot.
• Most of the ventures in Port Blair are closed on Monday and Ross Island and North Bay is closed on Wednesday.
• Please note at Havelock & Neil Island there is no card & ATM facility. Kindly carry cash to settle your extras bills.
• Due to bad weather or closure of any point if complimentary things are not done. It will be non-refundable and cannot be claimed against any other activity
• Hotel check-in timings are approx. 1000 – 1100 Hours, varies on hotel to hotel
• Hotel check-out timings are approx. 0800 – 0900 Hours, varies from hotel to hotel
• Complimentary breakfast will be provided by hotel as per the number of nights stay
• For all half day and day long tours guest are suggested to carry enough water bottles, some snacks and change over dress along with them.
• We are not responsible for any loss of any valuable things during the trip, Please take care of baggage counts all time.

CANCELLATION POLICY

•  70% refund for cancellation received 30 days or more in advance.
•  45% refund for cancellation received 15 days in advance or more.
•  No refund for cancellation received less than 15 days in advance.
